Beatles Leaderboard is a free, fan-made platform that lets users rank Beatles songs into tiers, view global consensus rankings, and compare rankings with friends.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

Rankings and display names you submit are visible to other users. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the site. You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time by contacting us.

5. Intellectual Property

All Beatles song titles, album names, and related metadata are the property of their respective copyright holders. Beatles Leaderboard is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Apple Corps Ltd., Universal Music Group, or any rights holders of Beatles music.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or site infrastructure
• Using automated scripts to scrape data or abuse the service
• Submitting offensive, misleading, or spam content

7. Advertising

The site displays third-party advertisements via Google AdSense. Ad content is provided by Google and is not endorsed by Beatles Leaderboard.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the site will be free of errors.
